Schedule/Hours
- 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night and weekend call rotation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Proficiency with transplant surgical procedures
- Strong adaptability and collaborative skills within multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in OR nursing
- Specialty certification (e.g., CNOR)
- Prior experience with robotics, total joints, spine, vascular, ENT, and plastics cases
- Experience working with Meditech EMR
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, professional perioperative nursing care in a high-volume, diverse OR suite
- Prepare surgical rooms and maintain sterile environments for a broad range of cases, including total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
- Coordinate and communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technical staff
- Respond effectively during high-pressure situations and on-call shifts
- Uphold all facility policies, ensuring adherence to established clinical standards
